CCS is a tribally-owned enterprise that was established by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma in 2009 to obtain federal procurement contracts and commercial business ventures. Shortly after inception, CCS obtained a top secret facility clearance from the Department of State.

Like its Choctaw affiliates, CCS holds its headquarters in Durant, OK and utilizes its profits to aid the social services, healthcare services and educational assistance programs of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma.
